Ravens Text on TCD

Does anyone else watch Training Camp Daily on CSN Washington? Anyways, these Ravens fans have really come out with some balls lately, it's pretty hilarious reading their stupidity.

Some of the things they have said:

Skins are the Orioles of the East (guess they are pissed the Nats are doing good)
How ancient are those rings (yeah cause 10 years ago is recent)
How can the Ravens beat the cowgirls, but the Skins can't (Did we not beat them in 08? Which was the last time they did.)
We were never Skins fans before the Ravens (....right, guess they liked Pittsburgh then)

That's just some of the stupid stuff I read.

I thought they had CSN Baltimore? Don't see the point of watching CSN Washington when for the most part it's all D.C teams. Again, lot of balls for a team whose players keep going down for the year with injuries left and right. Will be happy seeing them get knocked out again.

Just don't understand why Ravens fan talk any crap about us and vice versa. True fans for either team shouldn't care about the other. There will never be a rivalry period, they need to get over it.

Try living north of B-more it is plain awful they are the worst fan base in the NFL, IMO. Plus like 105.7 always trashes the redskins and one day someone called and was like you realize DC sports radio never talks about the Ravens it all NFC East the Skins true rivals.

It is so damn annoying.

I lived in the shadow of M&T Bank Stadium for a year and it was God awful! Luckily that was our last playoff year and I was close to Sly Fox, a Redskins bar in Federal Hill, so I guess it could have been worse.

Anyway, I hate all those texts at the bottom of the screen, even the pro Redskins ones, but for some reason always watch them.

I noticed they were texting a lot of smack today on TCD. They so badly want to start a rivalry with the Skins. I find it funny too that some claim they could care less about the Skins but keep posting texts bashing the Skins.

Yeah, I watched it this morning while eating waffles.

Stupid texts are the norm on not only that show, but ESPECIALLY Redskins Kickoff and the postgame show during the season. Especially last year with the Campbell bashers...they just sounded utterly retarded.

im sure if our respective records were flipped the last couple years a bunch of skins fans would be very dismissive of the ravens.

coming off a 4-12 season, were a lame duck until we prove otherwise. and that doesnt mean we win 4 out of shannys first 6 games, that means consecutive appearances at the NFC conf game.

but ravens fans are morons for the most part. at a superbowl party hosted by one of my ravens buddies, i made the innocent comment of "man that first draft you all had were you got ogden and ray lewis really set you all up well". every raven fan there was like "nah man we drafted ray in the 1st round the next year." i said "im pretty sure ogden was 1st round and ray was a late 1st or 2nd rounder in the same year."

after they checked their cell phones, they said i was right. thats ravens fans for ya. but i prefer the dumbed down get drunk rowdy and have fun fans of the ravens vs the uptight sit down your blocking my view of our D on the field wine n cheese yuppies of fedex. its football not golf.

the other day, i was heading to work. my neighbor across the street was going crabbing. he said he was gonna knock on my door when he got back and give me some maryland crabs. would that ever happen in DC? ohh thats right, no one lives in DC except ghetto and yuppies interning on the hill.

At least in this thread I don't think the issue is B-more the city but more the fans and their attitudes. I definitely love living here more than DC but Raven fans are the worst.

OTM, I don't know why you think I have something against Baltimore, I don't. Sure I mess around with you and the other O's fans when our teams play each other, but it's just that. Now if you were a Phillies, Mets, Braves or Marlins fan, it'd be different.

Would I take D.C over Baltimore? Yes, any day, but that's because I'm from D.C and it's my hometown.

I don't know why you claim D.C is all ghetto people. That's not the case at all. I mean is all of Baltimore murderers? Of course not. Each part of the cities have their bad and their good areas.
