According to PFT Bruce Allen hasn't even been in contact with peppers agent.

Aaron Wilson reports Jason Babin is on our radar. This is really interesting because Babin played in 3-4s for most of his early career and struggled so much. He finally got to play in some 4-3 concepts last year and performed quite well. So I don't know what the idea is here.
