Re: Cowboysboard vs The Warpath IV

yes the draft date and time has changed.

Just let me know when you fellas want to draft. We can draft Aug 16 or later if that is too soon. It does not matter to me, I usually kick A*S drafting early or late.

Is the date going to move again? Pain in the butt when if keeps changing. I don't mind autodrafting, I always set my pre-ranks up the way I like them and I'm usually very happy with the results. I tend to make stupid moves out of panic when live drafting anyways.

There will be a redraft. This has happened to our league before. Its terrible because we all put time aside this evening for sh!t I am just a upset as the next. Aaron Rodgers went number one over all before Brady Peterson etc. Some teams just look terrible.

I know Rodgers went #1 I picked him, I did my home work. Look at the points from last year. Brees was 1st overall with 446.67, Rodgers was 2nd over all with 407.20. I make it a point to never pick the top point player from last year, I dont think that Brees will have a better year, however, Rodgers can improve, just my thoughts... I also went QB with my #1 pick because the first RB is DeAngelo Williams with 287.07 points. So do the math QB's are worth far more in this league than any other position, it doesn't take a genius to figure that out... What ever with the re-draft but I am against it...

Re: Cowboysboard vs The Warpath IV

that's nice you were able to draft but many were not including myself. Redo is fair because I doubt I would draft Miami d over Chargers yeah no way I draft like that. Felix Jones going in the 12 round no way he might start this year. I have Jason Campbell as my backup yep no freaking way. I would of picked Rodgers he is good, just not first maybe third round. Ryan Grant is someone I would never draft the guy sucks. I know how much Qbs are worth its the league I created. I'm just saying I would roll with Brady, Brees, then Rodgers.

It was kinda gay that it autodrafted 9 outta 12 people. Im for a re-draft even though my team isnt all that bad. PS- it autodrafted me Donovan McNabb and there's no way i would take that piece of shit.

Rodgers would have only gone #1 if the first team picking preranked him #1 or picked him....just saying. Can't blame Yahoo for that.

My new team sucks compared to the original team...so a penalty for a few of us who did their homework. (I couldn't get on until late in the draft either...preranking works).

It's supposed to be a LIVE draft so i don't know why everyone was pushing the pre-rankings so much. Yea your new team sucks because everyone was able to draft this time.

Preparation. If you don't prepare and something happens that you can't draft live, the Yahoo rankings will screw you over and you have no place to whine about the team.

I have a work schedule that hasn't always allowed me to make many drafts, but I have 20 of those fake digital trophies on my Yahoo fantasy profile since 2005.

My team is not bad...just not as incredible as my first one that had AP, Chris Johnson, Peyton AND Eli Manning and was solid overall.

I'll still be near the top at the end of the year, I have finished 2nd and 3rd in this very competitive league we have here.

Boston is good no doubt. But yes Waldskins, Boston team is better because more than three people was present to draft. I think maybe three people missed the second draft. What Boston is saying is your power could go out and you can't draft, so its better to prepare than be sorry. I usually set preranksings because I target who I think is going to have a good season not these so called experts.

Boston your team probably also had to do with the draft position slightly but no one had the old positions or knew their old one(me thinks some did). Sorry for not writing the old position down, I never really thought about doing it, simply because we did not do it the first time yahoo servers crashed a few years ago. For the future I will though. My team is slightly better nothing to write home about but I make good pickups throughout the year.

Lets enjoy the season and have fun.

Oh and everyone is welcome if they didn't realize how valuable QB's are...

Re: Cowboysboard vs The Warpath IV

Who would be proud of winning a league that only a few were able to enter to draft?
