Hope Gibbs keeps Ramsey in for the next game.

All I see is Ramsey threw for 200+ yds and we (he?) won the 2nd half 10-0. Gives me hope for the future, aven if everyone else is depressed as hell.
OK, so I'm depressed too, but at last JG has seen the light... |

The future looks so much brighter now, but why not week 4 or 5?

Threw Ramsey in to late today. D had a bad 1st half. Same old story though... if we can score 20 pts, we will usually win. (That means Ramsey plays 1st half AND 2nd half).

Well I really had the game pegged wrong except for the score. I was predicting a 17-10 win today for the skins, not a loss. Was good to see Patrick in there slinging away. But hopefully next week he'll get to start the game and we'll see a better mix of Portis and Patrick in the offense.

atleast we can stretch the D now. It will help us keep the other team from filling the box with 9 guys

A Horrible Game Plan and Time Management
Was anyone else as concerned as I was with the play calling and game plan for yesterday? We have a team that has one of the worst run defenses in the league and our own QB has stunk in the passing department, so what do we do? Pass, pass, pass.
I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what Gibbs' was thinking. Portis is your money man on offense, so why was he virtually ignored for most of the first half? When he finally started using Portis, with great success, it was too late. This game was, to me, the single worst-called game in Gibb's career. Also, time management continues to be terrible. I'm really beginning to worry about Gibbs and whether he's up to the job in today's NFL. I know it's still his first season back, but I would think that after 9 games, he would at least be displaying better time management. |

I feel that the playcalling has needed a change after the 3 game, but i don't feel we need to get rid of gibbs I just feel he needs a young upstart as offensive coordinator to spark him and complement him mentally similar to parcells and his o-coordinator.

skins really stunk this up.. D was awful in the first half, O went from awful to average, special teams were average at best, play calling was bad... but, hopefully all the brunell lovers will give ramsey at least 4 weeks of 1st team practice and play tweaking to see what he can do... D lapsed for 1 half, hopefully that doesn't happen again. Still, i'm not too optimistic for the next 2 games... |
