Ok if you are Jerry Jones look at it like this:
Do I feel Pacman will screw up again? Possible but probably not because Pacman does want to play football he is totally against the wall no more accidents can happen or his career is over seriously now. Will I find a first round talent in this draft in the 5th or 6th round anyway? Nope I doubt How many 5th or 6th round players can start immediate from day one? None How many 5th or 6th round players make the roster? only a couple probably? Is a cornerback a need for my ball club? Yes If I acquire Pacman will I really lose on this deal? I can't see it unless Pacman messes up and gets banned from the NFL which won't cost me a thing. Have I succeed with other players that had off the field problems or conduct in field? T.O. & Tank Johnson It's an easy decision based on this questions that what he is asking himself and the ofer increase is to hurry up so a team like the Pats can't go after him.
