I got in on a similar deal 3 years ago(the tailgate package), the upcoming season will be my 4th year having these. The deal was I got to skip the season ticket waiting list and get lower level bowl seats. I got to take a private tour of the stadium (the wife, me, and the sales guy) and he showed us which seats where available. We got to tour the locker rooms, coaches offices, and premium boxes as well. So I guess your wondering what the cost was, heres the breakdown:

$1500 (1 time fee to jump the waiting list)
$99 (Section 129 aisle per ticket per game) X 2
$350 (Red parking per season)
$50 (Tailgate pass per ticket per game, this is the shitty thing)
plus taxes and $20 to have tickets fedexed to you.

If I wasn't stuck with the stupid Tailgate passes for life Id buy these every year, but the extra grand I gotta throw down for a lousy all you can buffet is kinda expensive. Last year the total for our 2 tickets was around $3600 I believe. I love the seats they are great, section 129 on the aisle on the 128 side but the tailgate is the killer and they are near impossible to resell. Otherwise if I were you Id try to get in on this deal if your seriously interested in purchasing tickets. Call that same guy up and tell him you heard about buying the tailgate passes and lower level season tickets, theres no contract. Damn now I sound like a salesman. Good luck.
