I miss Sean Taylor, and thats about the only Skin I miss right now. Never really minded LaVar, his speech at Seans funeral I really liked, was cool the time I met him, but it is what it is. Dont love or hate the guy.

It would be pretty cool to see LaVar back in a Redskins' uniform, but from everything I've heard, he's done. He's still in the area supporting the Skins, especially with his new restaurant. I still have my Arrington jerseys. He may have been over-hyped at times, but he played pretty well.

Well, I loved him too, but I won't be able to think of him without recalling the interview he did on the John Thompson show in 2005 after the Redskins beat the Seahawks to go 3 - 0, in which he spent virtually the whole time complaining about the coaching staff. If you're the self-appointed Mr. Redskin and the team is in first place at 3 - 0, complaining about the team says a lot more about you than it does the people you're complaining about.

That's just because they sold so many, since we didn't have as many stars on the team then.

You still see a lot of Ramsey jerseys too.

Good point BringBack. I love LeVar, and I tend to forget that he did a bit too much complaining at times; it's always easy to glorify the past. I remember that time before the fiirst Skins/Giant game in 2006 when Antonio Piece walked past Levar in the Giant locker full of reporters room and said "Don't say it Levar!" Pierce always bothered me with his anti-Redskins statements, and that moment showed that the two of them were standing together publicly in their criticism of the Redskins, particularly of the coaching staff.

Re: I must confess.. I still miss Lavar.

The thing I cannot forgive Arrington for was the post game interview he gave while with the Giants in which the following exchange took place:

Q: "Who is the worst coach you ever played for?"
A: "Joe Gibbs"

It was said in all seriousness and without a moments hesitation. If he has retracted that statement, then I am willing to move on. Otherwise, Arrington is pretty much dead to me.
