And let's look at the facts, in the era of the salary cap you have to be carefull with #1 overall picks, because they demand a lot of money and you need to keep from handcuffing yourself. They offered a 6 year 54Mil deal to both players, Reggie Bush turned it down, Williams took it. This means that they PROBABLY wouldn't of had a contract done with Bush when they drafted him, and Williams will be in camp from day one. Which in my opinion, is just huge.

Yeah, the Texans might have drafted a Courtney Brown, but they might have also drafted a Bruce Smith. If you go through a list of #1 overall picks, about 3/4 seem to have done nothing in this league. So really it's a crap shoot anyways.
