Again, I don't believe it was right for LaVar to air his discontent at this point in time. It can only hurt the team right now. But, it's very obvious that he is extremely frustrated, just as it was obvious for Champ, Antonio, Smoot and countless other exceptional players who left here in bitterness.

When Cooke owned the team, he was greatly respected, and even loved, by many of the players. I can't think of one player current or past who feels the same way about Snyder.

I feel bad for Joe because he's caught in the middle. He is paid by Snyder and, of course, has to remain loyal to the man. Yet, there's a part of me that believes Joe hates to lose good players and is troubled by the mismanagement of this team by Snyder and his cronies.

I really don't think this is something that's exclusive to the Redskins.

Look around the league and you'll see plenty of players who leave their former team feeling disrespected. It's part of the game in today's modern free agency era.

When players leave for more $$ elsewhere, of course they're going to have some bitterness towards their former team initially. Again, they feel disrespected and unappreciated.

I think at times we're so focused on just the Redskins we lose sight that many things that the Redskins go through, the rest of the league does too.

Cooke owned the team during a different era, it's apples and oranges.
