I missed that rule and so did, Carson Palmer, Alex Smith, Eli Manning, Mike Williams, Troy Williamson, PacMan, Ronnie Brown, Braylen Edwards ..... So I guess Caddie Williams was the only non-bust out of this year's top ten. CB and QB are probally the hardest positions to step in instantly and be sucessful, because if you F-up its game changing. Also realize Rogers missed alot to time with the injury during training camp.

um, besides palmer, those guys have all been playing before week 12 of their rookie seasons...
