I can’t wait for the new DOOM game coming out in March 2020 (three months late)!

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
Witcher 3 ... I dont play alot of video games, im abut 4 hours into this and I dont really understand what is going on or how to use these potion items.
Anyone played this? What do I do to upgrade my weapons? or get new spells?

I just finished God Of War last night, i still a bit confused about the armor system and all the shit you can add the characters. Its a great game though definitely worth a pick up. The only thing that bugged me about it was when he was in certain buildings the decor remind me of being in a Cheesecake Factory restaurant.

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
I just saw the trailer for the latest version of DOOM which comes out in Mar 2020. Since it first came out, something like 20 years ago (yes I played it then), it been a stellar FPS game. The trailer looks amazing!

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
There was another NBA game back in the early 2000s, think I used to play it on the gamecube. NBA street maybe?

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
I haven't played them in ages, but I would venture a guess that shutting down the sports world will be a boon to companies selling video games and the equipment to play them. From looking at ESPN it looks like some soccer leagues are still playing and that is about it.

Re: New Games on the Horizon (the video game thread)
Ok had some free time of late. =)
First off these games are all the same structure but different themes. Spiderman (superhero) Days Gone ( Zomibe/ Horror) Event Horizon (Sci Fi) God of War (Greek Methodology) All great games but i am thinking to myself these are basically all the same game. Maps, leveling up, fight mechanism, etc... I guarantee Sony is like we use this core game platform and just tweak it with different themes. You could almost throw Uncharted in the mix too. Anywho they are great time wasters.
