How can the Rams do the trade with the Pats that puts them $3M over the cap? There must be corresponding moves, but nothing has remotely been announced.

How can any team continue to trade with the Pats is what I ask myself.

The Pats are amazing at this stuff, but it's only going to last as long as TB12 is there.. They wouldn't be trading guys like Cooks with a QB not named Brady.

True.

I'd be really curious to see what Brady'd be worth without Belichick, and BB without TB.
I tend to think BB could've worked his magic with virtually any capable QB (maybe not to the same level), but yeah TB is a great part of their shared success.

Bill has a way of finding players able/willing to do things exactly way, do whatever he wants them to do, play wherever he wants them to line up...

I think it's because lot of players know he is not afraid to remove them from the team if they gives Bill hard time. We can use RG3 or Portis as examples - both players knew Snyder was in love with them and they took advantage of this by overrulling the coaches whenever they want to. Obviously Kraft loves Bill and gives him complete control over the decision making so Bill has huge advantage in this scenario.

Geez.. Hopefully it's a visit that didn't go well but then, lot of money can solve lot of problems for some people.

Yet ironically, there are rumblings out there that Brady went over Belichick's head and went to Kraft about the whole Jimmy G. situation. Apparently Belichick wanted to keep Garoppolo and Brady wanted him gone. And well we all know what happened.

Re: Around the NFL: Free agent signings 2018

I am sorry and not trying to be a pain in the ass but I seriously don't understand the hate for Brady and Belichick . Great players and Coaches have gone their whole career's without winning a Championship and these two have gone to it 8 times and won five, ...5, all while losing players, getting new ones and both battling time. I am a Giants fan and will always feel that pain that belichick should have been the Giants HC and should have done this with the Giants.

I admire great coaching ,it's why I liked Joe Gibbs so much he like no other coach could make half time adjustments like no coach in history.
People hate the man in the hood but to me if you hate him, you're jealous of him . He is simply the best coach in the history of the NFL

I don't hate those 2 guys.. Sure I get jealous of them sometimes but I respect them, they earned it. I'm just stating the fact, nothing more.

Re: Around the NFL: Free agent signings 2018

I agree, 5 titles in the modern game is nothing short of greatness. And that's totally discounting the 3 losses too. Say what you want about him exploiting the rules but would any of us be mad if Gruden did the same and we won SB's?
