Cousins has arrived

Not sure if this was posted elsewhere, but for anyone who doesn't think that Cousins can continue to grow and develop into an even better QB, read this: Overlooked Kirk Cousins Has Studied His Way to the Top of the Game | Bleacher Report

Love the character that this shows. I read this article to my kids last night (they're 10 and 11) to illustrate the importance of hard work/preparation, perseverance, and believing in yourself. Even my 10-year old daughter paid rapt attention, and she isn't a football fan (yet).
