You're right, it was the colts. Sorry, not sure why I had NE stuck in my head.

The fact of the matter is, Franchise QBs have a hard time getting out of deals, and often get very large rookie contracts. I think he should have a say in where he goes. It's not like he said I want to go to X, he just said I don't want to go to San Diego.
