i called the company direct and they can't shed any light on it. it's a soundstream ega 4220 4 channel amplifier.
terminal screw for the ground or power wire. i misplaced one, have the other. i have been taking it to hardware stores trying to match it, and now that i know exactly what it is, i have been looking online.
