So refresh me here;
Tanards suspended for the year for something he recently did while he was on the redskins that we didn't know about till now, or he did this a long time ago, MS DS and BA knew about this risk and now its official? and what is 'this' that he's being suspended for? Marijuana? PCP? blow? steroids?
