most of that 38 million was guaranteed, so whether 2010 was uncapped nor not, AH got paid. How much was that guaranteed bonus he got paid ;ast summer? 21 million in 1 check? didnt AH prmise to do whatever shanny asked right up to and when the check cleared, then he reniged on his handshake promise to shanny that he would do whatever they say if he accepted the check?

Like ruhskins pointed out, the skins, vinny and danny were the ones banking on 2010 being an uncapped year by giving AH all that money allocated to that year. Ah's money was mostly guaranteed, that was the problem with the contract vinny offereed. practically 38 million over 18 months guaranteed with the hope AH would be honorable and not bitch n moan the remaining 5 1/2 years of his team friendly contract ... during his prime years.
