Agreed. He's a bit of a projection coming out of the 4-3 in Seattle, but at least Mebane played nose in a three man front at Cal. So although his assignments in a pro style 3-4 won't resemble that experience, at least the technique required of him to be successful will not be entirely foreign.

And Carroll runs a 4-3 Under its one of the few 4-3 fronts that has a NT or a DT that plays like a NT.
