What credible source from the FO has come forward and even mentioning anything related to releasing Kelly and pursuing VJ, or any other WR for that part? Everything has been wrapped around rumor and speculation.

Sure that cant come right out and say they are interested in VJ due to tampering rules, but other than specualtion in the media and rumors on message boards, where does this come from? ""
