OAKLAND, CALIF. -- Quarterback Jason Campbell was sharp on a dreary day, new starting running back Quinton Ganther scored his first career touchdowns, and the Washington Redskins' fierce pass rush often overwhelmed the Oakland Raiders in a 34-13 victory Sunday afternoon at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum.
