You know, whether it's Gruden, Holmgren, Shanahan, or even Armstrong, I'm not going to complain. What this team needs is a proven winner who commands respect and demands 110% effort and accountability.

Also I think the front office needs a strong minded HC who knows personnel in this league. If we can't get Vinny outta there and a real GM in place, let's at least get a HC who has been around the block when it comes to building a team.

Yes, any of them would be a big upgrade right now.
