At least 2 different head coaches have deemed Jason Campbell a worthy NFL starter (not to mention the numerous analysts who think he's legit). Chris Simms was a starter for a few games, couldn't hack it, got benched, then cut, then signed to be a 3rd stringer. But sure, let's trade JC for him straight up.
