Ok so while your being demoted and the boss has not come to you about why he demoted you or even spoken to you as to why he gave your job to someone who you beat out for the job and then goes on TV and says "well, he wasn't in the meetings, and we felt the other guy would provide us with the best result." Knowing full well you were at all the meetings just were not able to participate for what ever reason medically you would not have a problem with it? and lets say while your ticked off about it the media walks up to you and says "hey how do you feel about your boss saying this about you" your going to react.

As much as Portis was wrong for airing his feelings....so was Zorn. If your going to say Portis shut your trap then you have to tell the coach the same thing cause he's doing the same thing.
