A birthday party just isn’t complete without music, so we need your help picking the bands. On Saturday, Oct. 25, 2008, a unique festival will be held in Monroe Park to celebrate everything that’s VCU as part of our 40th Anniversary. Vote for the local bands you’d like to see play at the festival. We’ve listed some of the favorites, and you’re free to nominate any that you don’t see on this list. The bands that receive the most votes* will be invited to perform at the festival and each performing band will be awarded a cash prize.

Get your vote in early, and be sure to tell your friends. Voting closes Sept. 5.
