Parking Lot Posts Should Count in the Offseason

I think that Parking Lot Post should count in the off season. Mainly because during the off season the parking lot usually real heats up with some good threads and folks should be reward for participating in those threads.

Now if folks start using it as IM (EQ and Angry) then that is a separate issue.

Just my two cents.
