WP: Offense Stalls Behind Revamped Offensive Line
The Washington Redskins offense produced only 260 total yards and was limited to 82 yards rushing on 27 carries -- a three-yard average -- in the team's 24-17 loss yesterday to the New York Giants. The Redskins' inability to establish the running game in the second half was a major factor in the Giants overcoming a 14-point halftime deficit.
