I think Marvin needs to redirect his attention to his players. Perhaps a big sign in the locker room that says "NO BREAK LAW = NO GET ARRESTED".......he might have to simplify it a little bit for guys like Chris Henry (perhaps a series of Tarzan-like grunts could be effective), but I think some of his guys might actually get the point.
This is all a sarcastic way of saying Marvin was totally out of line here. As has been said already, take some responsibility. Why would you want to give your idiot repeat offenders an out by letting them say "Coach, it wasn't my fault, the cops are just after us." I'm reminded of the scene in "Liar Liar" where Jim Carrey's client just committed some crime and wanted advice and Carrey simply picks up the phone and yells "Stop breaking the law, asshole!". Personally, I think Marvin would be wise to start every practice the same way.
