Recap: to keep Gregg Williams we put in his contract an extra million to name him head coach when gibbs retires at the time great deal....
Now: Washington D is ranked 31st in the NFL
So do you still want Gregg Williams the guy to take over for Gibbs?

-Me personally wants the job to stay in the building with Al or Gregg but 1 guy that i think should get an interview just for being a redskin is Russ Grimm
