And that guy making 30k busting his ass works a hell of a lot harder than the burger flipper at McDonalds making 10k a year...but that guy busting his ass making 30k is taxed MORE. Your logic doesn't work.

ps- most managers busted their asses to get where they are, they shouldn't be punished for it.
