How to bypass Megaupload or Rapidshare

Just recently have been getting into downloading stuff from RapidShare and I can bypass their time limit by just going to anyonomous.org i think and surfing with that site. But this doesnt work for Megaupload.

I got a program that allows me to switch proxies easily but I cant find a site that has proxies that are fast, and that let me download stuff. They usually let me surf, but when I try to download something from Megaupload, it doesnt load up.

Since I have a router I cannot just ipfush or whatever, because it doesnt renew the overall modem. Someone just suggested you turn the modem on and off. But does that really work???

Anyone know where I could get proxies that will let me download. I figured someone at the Path knows what is up.
