Redskins About to Sign Carter

The Redskins are at it again, and this makes the second defensive signing. Defensive end/outside linebacker Andre Carter is schedule to fly to Washington and sign his brand new six-year, approximately $30 million contract. (Strange that the article is date March 12 though, must be an oversight)
