Devil Went Down To Seattle

The Devil said I'll bet more Rings of Gold against yer Soul cus I think they're better than you!

Joe jumped up in the Locker room and said "Boy let me tell you what!"

"Now my name is Joe Gibbs and it may be a sin but I'll take that bet and yer gonna regret cus we're the best there ever been!"

And he played
"Hail to the Redskins, Run Portis Run
the Devil's in the House of those seagull bums.
Check'n out Holgrem pick'n his butt,
Redskins win I'll tell you what."

The devil bowed his head because he knew that he'd been beat.
He laid that golden Ring on the ground at Joe Gibbs feet.

Joe Gibbs said "Devil just come on back if you ever want to try again.
"I told you once, you son of a bitch, I'm the best that's ever been."

And he played
"Hail to the Redskins, Run Portis Run
the Devil's in the House of those seagull bums.
Check'n out Holgrem pick'n his butt,
Redskins win I'll tell you what."
