Rank the Needs of the Team

What should we do..first or what should be the main focus? Nice to have QB not on the list, but with so many contributors on 1 year deals it leaves the roster the ability to be molded once again. It’s kinda strange for a team who ended up in the conference championship game to turn around a face so many personnel decisions.

Trenches, run game, stopping the run, secondary, playmakers…with have needs at every level

I’m hearing that both Ertz and Wagner are returning for another year…so will not address those positions

1. Tackle - even with BC development LT, there seems to be talk among insiders that a move to Guard or RT could be in the works. Also Wylie leaves a lot to be desired at RT. Nothing seems settled with these two starters under contract. Either a free agent at LT or high draftee puts in motion a needed shake along the Oline. Wylie/Coleman could kick inside to cover an injured Cosmi or challenge a limited pass protecting Allegretti.

2. Pass Rusher / Edge Setter at DE - can an aging Fowler who can’t set the edge give us the same sack production again? I think we need an upgrade with a player who can do what they need attacking the QB as well as setting the edge against the run. Getting the right type of player the coaches want could vastly change the approach on along the line. We can’t have Payne playing edge late in the season again.

3. WR - We need a dude who can play outside opposite Terry. McC, Zacheius and the Brown brothers are nice depth at this point, but I would continue to look in both the draft and FA with an aging contributor who can start. Speed, size…both are needed in the WR position. I like bringing back D Brown as depth and in 4 Wide sets, these coaches were the first to get production out of him.

4. RB - B Rob started to go blind with his vision late in the season. We can’t have JD5 as are primary rusher without expecting serious injury. We can upgrade here and a stout starter would completely change the look on offense.

Those are my top 4…I could see other moves at CB, Safety and DT
