plenty of people have talked about gruden, and he's talked a bunch too. He was an average coach that did and average job while snyder was being snyder. And he cut the RB that was dating the same girl he was.

Gruden couldn't find the right defense coordinator, which cost him the job IMO. He had the offense running smoothly but his defense couldn't stop anyone.
