Yes he's a criminal and I wish one of the real cases had been brought first. This one was brought for pure political reasons because the DA was in trouble with his base supporters for dropping the much stronger tax related case his department had when he took over. I think this is further evidence that DA's should never be an elected position - it causes them to do stupid things.
