Why does Shapiro think TO would be good in DC?

Sorry to rehash an old topic, but I'm surprised nobody brought this up. Is Shapiro for real? Bring TO to DC? Umm...no?

I do like the part about Billy Kilmer:

If Owens had made statements about him similar to the ones he made about Donovan McNabb, Kilmer said he would simply have taken matters into his own passing hand.

His points that Gibbs can deal with difficult personalities and that we need a big receiver are right on, but, c'mon, TO? That's just stupid.
