Tony McGee is a "uniform inspector" -- the NFL's Man of the Cloth in Washington. The league assigns one to every team and monitors them closely enough to proclaim McGee the best. His reward for grading out higher than his 31 brothers was a trip to the Pro Bowl in Hawaii, where he made sure the league's brightest stars and biggest personalities were properly attired.
