I think Fletcher would be good on TV as well as a coach. He did so much on the field coaching as it was, and all of the actual coaches referred to that ability with him. I wonder whether his competitive nature will make him want to get into coaching at some point. I love the guy; I would love to see him have some involvement with the team going forward.
