I find it hilarious this clown is now working on his mechanics and footwork. All those fans that trashed Shanny can now kiss his ass. That's why he's a coach and you are not.
Lol, how McNabb is playing to public to being a bunch of ignorant morons ONCE AGAIN. Losing weight does not necessarily mean losing fat. It could be muscle loss too...depending on what he is actually doing.
But if indeed he has lost 15 pounds of fat...well one would infer that he sure as hell neglected cardio training in the past AND didn't keep his calorie consumption in control.
