- High IQ (likely over 140)
- High character
- Led Baylor....BAYLOR to a 9-3 season including wins over Oklahoma and Texas.

Tannehill and Weeden, who ironically beat Baylor, have some of those characteristics but not all of them. Virtually anything they can do RGIII can do and he'll likely do it better.

I know that, but is he worth giving up all those players? Could Tannehill or Weeden have enough talent down the road like, say Rypien to win a championship.
