It's going to be a very long time before the Bears start winning again.
The Chicago situation is not difficult to turn around if they bring in someone who is willing to admit that they screwed up in the Cutler trade. Cutler-Knox-Desmond Clark-Olsen-Forte is a very solid start to an NFL offense. The Bears' mistake was assuming that it WAS an offense.

Cut out the dead weight, get rid of Orlando Pace, get rid of Frank Omiyale, get rid of Kevin Shaffer, and draft one tackle, and one guard with your first two (second day) picks, and you'll have a functional offensive line there to protect Cutler. The 2010 Bears aren't exactly going to win a super bowl, but that's a wild card contender with a half decent offensive coach.
