He lost the Tampa Bay team to a rookie coach because the team responded negatively to that approach. I would say Shanahan or Cowher to say the least. Russ Grimm has not been a head coach and there is a reason no team has given him a chance. Allow Sherman Smith to call the plays and take all playcalling duties from Zorn til he's replaced.
