Portis to dress and to play:
Portis to Play; Springs Out Shawn Springs will not be active tonight, according to a team source, with the Redskins dressing four running backs - Clinton Portis, Ladell Betts, Shaun Alexander and Rock Cartwright. Springs is recovering from a calf tear. Will have the rest of the inactives shortly. This is great news for us. Anyone know why Rinehart is still inactive??
