Semi-High Stakes Fantasy Football League
I'm considering starting up a semi-high stakes fantasy football league, aside from the normal $ fantasy football league that we run around here. I just want to see if I'd have anybody remotely interested.
It would be Auction style on ESPN.com (free private league), drafting online, with 12 teams. Entry fee would be $250. Scoring and rosters would be pretty traditional: 1 QB 2 RB 3 WR 1 TE 1 Team D/ST 1 K 7 Bench Offense 6 pts per Passing, Rushing, or Receiving TD 1 pt per 25 pass yards, 1 pt per 10 rushing/receiving yards 2 points per 2-pt conversion -2 for turnovers NO points per reception Defense/ST 1 pt per sack 2 pts per turnover, safety, or block kick 6 points per defensive or special teams TD Points Allowed 0 points (10) Points Allowed 1-6 points (7) Points Allowed 7-13 points (4) Points Allowed 14-20 points (1) Points Allowed 21-27 points (0) Points Allowed 28-34 points (-1) Points Allowed 35+ points (-4) Kicking Field Goals 0-19 Yards (3) Field Goals 20-29 Yards (3) Field Goals 30-39 Yards (3) Field Goals 40-49 Yards (4) Field Goals 50+ Yards (5) Point After Attempt Made (1) Prize breakdown would be as such (100% payout): 1st (Playoff Tourney Winner) - $1800 2nd (Playoff Tourney Runner Up) - $700 3rd (Playoff Tourney) - $250 Team with Most Points during Regular Season - $250 Trades would be regulated through league voting process, needing 6 out of 12 league members to veto in order to strike a deal down. In the case of a veto, votes will be made public. Would anybody here consider doing this? PM me if interested, or reply here.
