Everytime I watch the skins play (which painfully is every week) a comment my wife said to me tends to come to mind. She's not a big football fan but will often time spend time with me while the game is on. Out of nowhere she says "The Redskins don't look like any of the other teams I've watched, they look bad and out of control." As much as it pains me to agree with her she is right. Gibbs needs to step down next season and hopefully get someone in here that can give this team the leader they need to bring out all the talent we have on this team.
