Joe Bugel is living on reputation - and most of that rputaton was built when Bobby Beathard managed to hand him an offensive line with three players on it who should be considered for the Hall of Fame - - if the Hall of Fame actually inducted offensive linemen.

Al Saunders came here with flourish and fanfare and has delivered - - oatmeal. And don't tell me he doesn't have the personnel because his offense worked in KC with Trent Green and the Three Stooges playing wide receiver.

Whose job is it to take whatever DL happen to be on the team and to teach them how to make the most of their talents? That coach has been mailing it in for the last 2 years. The DL is mediocre and only one of them has shown any real improvement in 2 seasons. [Montgomery].

Oh, and whoever is the genius upstairs who recommends to Joe Gibbs when to challenge and when not to challenge refs calls needs a seeing eye dog.

These guys are not boobs; but they are not outstanding either despite the PR splash that accompanies them any time they sign a deal with the team.
I think they're a fantastic group of coaches, but they're bumping into each other. Gibbs needs to either get out of Saunders' way, or just get rid of Saunders.
