Could I maybe major in journalism and then still do an MBA if I want or should I atleast try and major in some kind of business major and journalism as as a second major? I was planning on doing two business majors but I would like to try out journalism--maybe.

Just to elaborate on what TAFKAS said, you definitely don't need your undergrad to be in business to go for an MBA.
I knew quite a few people in my program who had their undergrad in everything from social work, to biology, to criminal science.
Of course having that business background helps, everything I took in my MBA was basically an extension of what I did in undergrad.
