If they look at him fairly and don't try to look for something negative (such as pro bowls) just to discount him, I don't see how he doesn't make it.
Most think he's a great lb but even that is underrating him, this guy is one of the best tacklers, ilb players, and defensive leaders of all time in my opinion. |

I don't see him making it. He has a tremendous body of work, but was never the best at his position.
No first team all pros, no defensive mvps, not enough probowls. He's an amazing player that was always among the best, but that doesn't get you in the hall. |

I think Fletcher is one of those good but never great players. He has a solid career but I don't think he's a HOF
