The Redskins have completed the hiring of the 2005 personnel and front office staff, the team announced on Friday. Headed by Vice President of Football Operations Vinny Cerrato, the staff has added pro scout Terry Ray, national scout Russ Bolinger and area scouts Jim Zeches and Mike Faulkiner.
