general comment, pittsburgh is successful because they know how to draft, never waste $ on big contracts players cant live up to, and most importantly have stability in coaching and schemes.

By just saying ..The Giants or the Ravens without names he has ....implicated the whole team.I fall in the group that really doesn't care but to think you can't get that big without it is very wrong.
I was lucky to play the game to a decent level and I saw guys who have and have'nt used ...things.
In 1 summer before college I ran ,lifted, ate 5 meals (good ones) a day and drank about 2 to 3 protein shakes a day,went from 215 to 255(a 36in waist) to start college ball.....with in 30 days was back down to 220-225.
